UHC Construction Estimating and Business Development Services is a 1099 contract service company and has been in business since 2009 primarily operating in the southern region of the United States, inclusive of extensive work throughout Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana.

Our main line of business has evolved from primarily Field Project Management and Estimating to include Construction Estimating and Business Development Services, specifically for H1 Construction, located in McKinney, Texas. With this relationship, we can now provide over 25 years of outstanding service from Estimating to completion of virtually any size project opportunity presented by Owners and/or their representatives in select locations throughout the United States 

We are versed in the Estimating, Development and Design and Construction of both residential and commercial projects. Residential from first time home buyer concepts to $10m Estate Homes with a current focus on commercial projects to include Fast Food Restaurants, Dine in Restaurants, Small and Large Box, Tilt Wall, Strip Center and Medical and Surgical from ground up to fit ups and remodels. Physically located in Denver, Colorado and continue to provide our services for H1 Construction not only in Colorado but throughout the United States with a primary focus in Southern Regions of the United States to include Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.
