This vacant property was purchased by VIP Structures in 2004 with the intent to develop it into a Class A medical office building. Starting with Nephrology Associates as our main tenant, we have successfully created a medical facility which also includes: a laser eye surgery unit, a cataract surgery practice, a 24-station dialysis clinic, a homeopathic general practitioner, and other medical applications.
The building has been completely renovated, including replacing the existing mechanical systems with a water-source heat pump system, new electrical distribution, complete renovation of tenant finishes, and a covered patient drop-off area. Its current occupancy is 96%.
