Scope Of Work
Pattillo Construction Corporation was awarded the design and construction contract of the expansion to the existing manufacturing facility for Rossini North America, LLC in Suwanee, Georgia
Scope: Sitework, concrete and asphalt paving, exterior loading dock with canopy, structural brick and block, steel framing with metal deck and TPO roof, interior finished office space, concrete equipment foundations.
