Founded in 1958, Cherokee Distributing Company has delivered outstanding service distributing leading brands of beer and nonalcholic beverages to a wide range of consumers in Tennessee. Over the last couple of years they have acquired three additional wholesale beverage distributing companies expanding their service area from 22 to 61 counties in Tennessee. In order to accomodate demand and growth, the company needed to relocate into a larger warehouse.
In partnership with Owner, Cherokee Distributing Company selected Pattillo Construction to provide design-build services for the construction for a new 65,000 SF beer warehouse distribution center in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
