Division 10 Specialties South is owned by a US Army Veteran who formerly gained thirty five years of experience in the commercial / industrial waste and sanitation industry with the family business, which was recently purchased by Santek Industries.  Currently, our focus has narrowed and our main lines of business include: Toilet Partitions & Cubicles, accessories, lockers, and life safety equipment such as fire extinguishers.  My brother's expertise in estimation and installation has given us valuable experience and his direct contributions resulted in significant growth for his former employer.  We have an old-fashioned way of doing business; under-promise and over-deliver for our customers.  We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Drug & Alcohol Policy so you can be sure our employees will exhibit the highest ethical and behavioral standards while on the job site.

A little side note about my family:  My wife and I work with Three Circles Foundation to invest in our local community by serving teenage boys from hard places; orphanages, foster homes, single parent homes, and juvenile court.  I am also heavily involved in Prison Ministry and our hobbies include our two grandchildren.
