80% of roofs are replaced before their lifespan. Maintenance and recommended repairs can extend the projected lifespan of a roof. For example, a new roof  costs between $5-$17/SF depending on many factors. A 50,000 sf roof would be a minimum of $250,000. Roof Medics can stop on-going leaks and provide solutions that could give you 2-5 years to budget for replacement. On average you will spend $10,000-$20,000 to make the repairs instead of replacing the roof.
