Pierce Construction & Repair is a local small business established and run by Richard Pierce, a graduate of UCLA in both Engineering and Business. He started this business after the Aero Space industry fell apart since he wanted to keep his family in this locality. His contractor’s license was issued in January 1989. That equates to over 25 years of service to the community. We have survived the difficulties of our economy because our customers know we provide quality work at a competitive rate.

It was some years after starting the construction business that Cal Fence Deck & Rail was started so that it could find, buy and provide specialized materials for Pierce Construction & Repair. The focus of Pierce Construction & Repair was then changed to mainly backyards and outside the house projects. Such work includes dry-rot repairs, new fences, new patios or decks and new patio covers – both for shade or waterproof. A more specific list of these specialties is as follows:

Providing and installing:

• Wood, Vinyl, and Aluminum metal fencing
• Alumawood and Luster Cote patio covers
• Patio decking using wood, & composites such as Trex, Azek and TimberTech

• Inside work such as bathroom remodeling and tile work
