Scope Of Work
Des Moines University is an osteopathic medical school in Des Moines, Iowa. Des Moines University is the second oldest osteopathic medical school and the fifteenth largest medical school in the United States. Des Moines University is a new to Graham Construction. We were awarded the project for Des Moines University in November of 2017 and joined forces with INVISION as a Design-Build team. The first two projects consisted of approximately 20,000 sf split between two floors in separate buildings across the DMU campus. These first two projects were designed, permitted and for occupation in 8 months starting November 2017 to June 2018. The second set of projects consisted of another 20,000 sf of renovation also split between two floors in separate buildings with design starting in March 2018, and the owner occupying December 31 st , 2019.
