Sugarloaf Medical is a multi-phased project where we took an existing medical clinic and expanded it from one suite of approximately 2,800 square feet to span 6 suites and 9,544 square feet. The clinic remained open during all phases of construction.
The clinic includes 15 patient exam rooms, ultrasound room, mid-level and physician(s) offices, break room, conference room, expansive waiting room and open administrative office.
