This 25,611 square foot project is divided between two floors, including complete demolition of existing finishes and mechanical systems, having seven separate finish packages including the following;
Two Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASC) with new MEP’s, Lead Shielding, Medical Gases, Standby Emergency Generator, a total of three operating rooms, five private Post Op rooms, five Pre-Op stations and multiple nurse stations.
Two Clinics with four Procedure rooms, multiple nurse stations and fifteen patient exam rooms
Two fully operational medical Labs
Storage Area
Complete remodel of existing common area
