Scope Of Work
New construction of four (4) buildings within the same Cluster of approximately 215, 000 gross square feet. The project consists of 197 residential units, 7 Retail Spaces, One full Daycare Center and ancillary spaces and full roofs Solar Panel / Super structures. The buildings are Five and Six stories high, and the main super structure consist of precast concrete plank floors, composite masonry bearing walls and facades, wood piles and cast in place concrete grade beams foundation structure
