We started our business because we saw the need for a truly green living space in the USA. We saw great success abroad and wanted to bring these great designs to our home country. MOBU Enterprises specializes in General Contracting with specialties in rural and urban development ..  With over 60 years of combined experience, we are the dynamic team you should do business with. We identified how to build new communities that can withstand economic downturns and natural disasters (hurricanes, tornados, flooding, earthquake).  Here are more details why:

Staff

  • We have a GC on Staff, licensed with over 25 years of experience in construction development. Our GC also has specialties in Virtual Construction and Building information Modeling along with Lean Construction experience.
  • Our Project Manager has over 17 years experience in Business Management and Project Management experience.
  • Our Production and Video Specialist has over 25 years experience with formal and practical application of using video marketing to demonstrate business credibility, drone-driven construction, video marketing (video testimony, demo, owner showcase).
  • Our general labor staff comes directly from technical schools, staffing agencies, and other Subcontractor platforms. We strive to provide quality wages, projects, and ongoing relationships with our temporary and permanent staff. We value their expertise and offer specialty programs to ex-offenders and other at-risk populations. WE HIRE LOCALLY.

The Company and Products

  • We offer quick turn around for our Shipping container units. Typically 5-10 days MAX from start to finish. Saving you time and $$!!
  • We not only offer competitive pricing, but our Units are reinforced with a product called Smart Steel by Enviro Builder's LLC. Smart Steel replaces many traditional construction materials commonly used in renovations and development. Allowing our units to be water, wind, fire, and mold proof. 
  • We offering in-house financing and can finance most construction projects up to 100MM. We also offer business financing that traditional lenders are not equipped to offer your business due to our comprehensive product offering covering equipment loans, AR, Invoice funding, and more..
