OUR HISTORY

Since its founding more than 33 years ago by Tony Pagano, a highly regarded industry veteran and noted expert in all areas of the building business and process, Marlboro Group International has built millions of square feet of diversified, complex construction over all major market sectors, both nationally and globally. In 2006, Susan Wright brought her cumulative years of expertise in the finance, real estate and development industry to MGI and in 2009 assumed the helm as President. Since that time, she has proudly obtained the distinguished women’s Business Enterprise National Council Certification (WBENC) as well as NYC and PANYNJ WBE status for MGI. Her keen direction continues to guide MGI’s path of evolution.

Through its long history, Marlboro Group International has proceeded to perfect its skill in all aspects of building and has thus established the utmost proficiency in all facets of preconstruction, construction management, general contracting and design-build/lean construction services for our clients. Our goal is to remain solution oriented and to become an integral part of our client’s team. MGI remains focused on steady growth and has consciously fostered an executive bench from varied construction backgrounds, many of whom have been together for 20+ years. Experts in constructing, we are acutely aware of how to manage and execute project requirements. Our subcontractor base is comprised of an equally talented stable of professionals with whom we have long-standing relationships. This base encompasses a highly capable and prequalified, diverse group in every trade required for building across all of MGI’s major markets.
