Some of the topics covered in it are: Applying or Your Loan, New Home Selections, Construction Sequence, Closing on Your Home, and Caring for Your Home. We use a computerized construction scheduling program to keep track of all activities so as to eliminate unreasonable delays. 100% of our clients move in early or on time.

Our warranty runs from two years up to thirty. We list in detail what is covered from move in through the thirtieth year. Unlike with other new construction builders, you won’t have to worry about what happens after their one year warranty expires.
