Old Fashion Drywall provides all services for commercial and industrial construction, tenant improvements, new construction, and remodeling.

A California Licensed Contractor, Principal and President, Lee Fraser, has over 30 years of local experience in all areas of the construction contracting industry.

Mr. Fraser personally performs all public relations for Old Fashion Drywall, proposed and current projects, as well as providing the estimating for all projects. He has established, and maintains certain procedures and high standards that verify bid and estimate accuracy, as well as project plan and specification compliance.

He interfaces with all clients and their consultants to provide cost estimates on projects from the conceptual phase through the bid process.

He oversees all field operations, including; scheduling, quality control, conformance with plans and specifications, verification of shop drawings and maintenance of job records. During all projects he conducts on-site inspections under construction on a regular basis and holds meetings with all critical path subcontractors and staff to insure schedules and quality.

His extensive knowledge in drywall, combined with his in-depth estimating skills, provide owners and architects invaluable information and accurate cost projection with evaluating construction projects.
