Dan J. Clancy's Bio
Dan Clancy is a man of many talents beyond building custom homes. He loves to fly fish, ski and shoot competitively. When he isn’t boating on Jackson Lake you may find him scuba diving or polishing a classic car.
Specializing in luxury residential and high end commercial projects, Dan’s ideal clients are sophisticated, demanding and at the top of their game. Dan’s expertise at performing within this rarified atmosphere has continued to build THB’s reputation for achievement and success. With over 35 years in the trade, including 20 years of construction management, Dan is well known in the industry for his superior craftsmanship and for completing his projects on time and on budget. Dan’s projects have been featured in Log Home Design Ideas, Homestead magazine, Log Homes Illustrated and twice in Architectural Digest.
Gregory A. O’Gwin's Bio
Greg O’Gwin is an outdoor enthusiast who loves to spend his free time exploring the vast Tetons. He lets his green-thumb shine at his home located near the heart of Jackson.
Greg came to THB in 1999 with over 20 years experience in the construction industry. He has been a Project Superintendent for 26 years and uses his strong background in large scale commercial projects with large staffs to aggressively manage schedules and budgets. Greg received the 1999 Excellence in Construction Award from the Associated Builders and Contractors for his work at the Mother and Infant Care Center at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. His experience in supervising all construction trades and his calm, efficient management style enable him to be a construction leader of great effectiveness. Greg’s Winter Terrace project was featured in Ralph Kylloe’s Cabins & Camps.
Jackie Kline's Bio
Jackie grew up in Johnstown, New York and attended college at the University of Vermont where she earned her B.S. in Civil Engineering. After college, she went to work for the Town of Essex Public Works Department as a Stormwater Engineer. In 2012, Jackie moved to Montana to serve an Americorps term with the Jack Creek Preserve Foundation and work as a ski instructor at Bridger Bowl. She spends all of her free time skiing and mountain biking with her dog, Buster.
Jessi Ellis's Bio
Jessi joined the Jackson Hole team in 2002 as the Office Manager. Her time management and organization skills made her indispensable to the day-to-day operations of THB. In the spring of 2005, Jessi relocated to our Southwest Montana office to help coordinate and implement THB’s organizational systems. Her experience in both offices and THB personnel in Wyoming and Montana makes her an essential part of communication within the company. Jessi’s humor, warmth, wit and intelligence make her a cornerstone of our operations.
Mark S. Dalby's Bio
Mark’s 20 years of general contracting experience have led him through all phases of the construction process including estimating, field engineering, site supervision, and project management. His resume began with a Civil Engineering Degree from Penn State University and an internship with the George Hyman Construction Company in Washington, DC. He began his career with one of the largest commercial general contractors in the country, The Clark Construction Group. His resume includes projects at the Pentagon Basement Renovation, the BWI Airport Terminal C, The San Antonio Convention Center, The Chevron Building in Houston (Formerly Enron), and the UCSF Genentech Biomedical Research Lab in Mission Bay San Francisco.
His ability to gain management and supervisory positions of increasing responsibility led him to partner on a design-build timber framing company in Maine. This was his transition to the custom home building industry that led him to Jackson Hole. Mark brings his attention to safety and high standard of quality to THB. Mark’s projects have been featured in Homestead magazine, Western Home Journal, and Log Homes Illustrated.
Mark and his much better half Jennifer are busy raising their two young boys TJ & Gunnar. They enjoy scenic and white water trips floats on our abundant rocky mountain rivers, camping, skiing, hiking, and long distance trail running. Mark joined the Board of Directors at Habitat for Humanity in 2016 and is chairman of the construction committee.
Matt Lennon's Bio
Construction has always been a part of Matt’s life since he started building custom homes with his grandpa in Wyoming, Montana, and Nevada. After graduating with a degree in Construction Management, Matt moved from Wyoming to Montana where he found his passion in building beautiful, and complex custom homes. He has finished large projects in Big Sky and Jackson Hole, and takes great pride in the custom details. Matt understands it is a team effort to bring the visions of the owner, architect, and builder together to create lasting legacies that will serve as a place for generations of memories. When not at work, Matt loves to spend time outside in the mountains playing with his four spirited children and lovely wife. Matt’s deep-rooted beliefs guide his life with honesty and integrity, as is evident in his work and relationships.
Peter Lee's Bio
Peter Lee moved from Jackson to Bozeman in 2003. He finds Bozeman to be a perfect environment to raise his two effervescent daughters. Outside of work Peter is an avid skier, loves to fly fish, and enjoys raquetball. He gives back to the community through the Bozeman Sunrise Rotary.
Peter co-founded THB in 1996 after being part of the development team of Indian Springs Ranch, a Jackson Hole luxury ranch community. Over the years, Peter has managed projects that have been featured in Ralph Kylloe’s Rustic Artistry of the Home and Cabins & Camps. Either he or his projects have also been featured in magazines including Cowboys & Indians, Custom Wood Homes and Teton Homemagazine. In addition, to his passion for crafting beautiful buildings, Peter works hard to lower America’s carbon foot print. He runs a sister company, THB Energy Solutions, and he is an IGSHPA certified geothermal heat pump installer.
Before THB, Peter honed his construction skills at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company and Forrester Construction in Washington, DC. He is a Structural Engineering graduate from Princeton University (Summa Cum Laude) and has a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard University.
Russell E. Weaver's Bio
Russ enjoys all things fishing. Beyond angling, he loves to go duck hunting with his dog Knicky, enjoys boating and black powder hunting in the Northern Rockies.
Russ has been in construction since 1977 and has lived in the Jackson Hole area since 1980. As a log foreman, Russ performed and managed all operations that relate to a log home. His 16 years as a superintendent and experience as an independent general contractor in Idaho taught him to manage subcontractors such that the final product is to the high quality standards expected by our clients. Russ consistently creates positive and long lasting relationships with his clients by providing clear communication throughout the entire building process. Russ was highlighted in Architectural Digest in June 1997 for his intricate log detail, and has had projects featured in Homestead magazine, Log Home Plans, Timber Homes Illustrated, and Log Homes Illustrated.
Scott E. Walden's Bio
Scott Walden lives on the outskirts of Bozeman, MT with his wife and two daughters. His passion for hunting, camping and fishing takes him all across the West. Scott spends much of his free time with his family, helping his girls become crossover athletes in soccer, volleyball, softball and basketball.
Scott returned to his native Montana with his family in 2006. He brings 20 years of construction experience to THB. Thirteen of those years were in a family owned custom building business and the other five years were with a volume builder on the West Coast. He has experience managing all phases of construction, from initial client contact to customer service. Scott received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Finance from Central Washington University. Scott’s high level of professionalism, managerial skills, and commitment to client satisfaction has proven to be a valuable asset.

Alex Wells's Bio
Alex, his wife and young son recently moved to Bozeman to join the Teton Heritage team as a Project Manager. He is thrilled to call such a beautiful place home and to have the opportunity to raise his family in such an uplifting environment. When not working hard to keep projects running smoothly Alex enjoys hiking and camping with his family, snowboarding, rock climbing and more. If it’s a challenging outdoor activity there’s a good chance you’ll find Alex participating.
Alex’s background is in commercial construction project and field management as well as landscape design and project management. He received is Bachelor of Science Degree from Penn State in Landscape Contracting and a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver. Alex’s communication skills, work ethic and organization all attribute to a transparent and enjoyable construction process for his clients.
Kyle Nassetta's Bio
A born New Englander, Kyle’s love for the mountains brought him to Jackson in 2012 following his 4 years at Keene State College, New Hampshire, where he studied Architecture and Sustainable Product Design. With 5 years’ experience in the Teton Valley custom home industry, Kyle has worked in both the carpentry and Architectural fields. He prides himself on his “work hard for your weekends” ethic and makes the most of his other ours with backcountry skiing, mountain biking, fishing, hunting and just about any excuse to get outside and hang out with his dog. His young, hungry attitude has brought him to THB with ambition to become a well-rounded astute member of the team.
Rick Wilson's Bio
Rick Wilson has over thirty years’ experience in the construction industry, with 17 years as project superintendent. This includes operating his own business for eight years providing both commercial and residential construction services. An expert at time management, Rick has overseen construction on many complex projects such as schools, medical offices, high-end luxury condos, churches, restaurants, and remodeling historic buildings. Perhaps his greatest success was raising his two children as a single parent. They have become wonderful, successful adults who are not only his children, but his best friends.
Rick recently joined the THB family as project manager, he is a highly self-motivated individual with a talent and enjoyment for the construction industry. He has lived in the mountains most of his life and enjoys skiing, fly fishing, horseback riding, hunting, and riding his motorcycle.
Simone Bayens's Bio
Simone joined the THB Montana team as the Selections Coordinator and Assistant Project Manager on February 1st, 2016, coincidentally the 20th anniversary of the company, after many years working as a licensed architect in Atlanta GA, and most recently, in Bozeman, MT. She spent the first 7 years in business working on hotel and spa projects for Cooper Carry Architects in Atlanta before eventually starting her own company, Archetype Architecture, where she has focused on high-end residential projects for the past 15 years. Simone has 3 beautiful and crazy daughters, and when she has the free time, you can find her trophy fishing, as much as possible, on the gorgeous lakes and rivers of Montana.

Robert K. Donaghey's Bio
Robert came to THB with over 14 years in the construction field, first owning and operating a framing and drywall company, and, for the final 11 years, selling construction services. He has worked on multiple LEED certified projects and his knowledge of the current trends and marketplace make him a tremendous resource for THB clients. Robert, his wife Kristie and their two children live in Gallatin Gateway where they have bred, raised and trained cutting horses since 2002. When not occupied with work and horses, Robert can be found coaching youth sports teams for his children, mainly football, which is his passion. He is currently the Wide Receiver’s coach at Gallatin High School in Bozeman, MT.
