Scope Of Work
Creation of a sustainable community master plan to revitalize a historic community in West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The project will have a significant economic impact on the immediate and surrounding communities and will utilize high performance green building products and techniques to create over 1,000 jobs when complete. The project is vital in the formation of the Fairmount Park Centennial District master plan, a family destination plan connecting the Art Museum, Zoo, Please Touch Museum, Shofuso Japanese House and the Mann Music Center.
