Global Construction

Yuriy started Global Construction in May of 2014 with his step-son, Denis Koval. Yuriy moved to Denver in 1995 from New York City. He started his plumbing apprenticeship shortly after. In nine short years, he had his Master Plumbing License. Yuriy has been a Master Plumber since 2004. With a ton of experience, he knows most of everything! He was also an ambulance driver in New York City prior to living in Denver. He does not miss New York City! He is co-owner of Global Construction with his step-son, Denis Koval.

Jenna loves art, specifically painting. She has 3 cats and 1 dog and loves everything outdoorsy. In her free time, she enjoys fishing, camping, hiking, and enjoying scenic Colorado views.
Jenna has worked as a demolition and remediation tech in the field for over 8 years. She has done project managing and estimating for over 6 years and is excited to being working as an assistant estimator with Terry at Global Construction.

Jennie is a native Floridian, born and raised in Central Florida. She got her first start in construction in 1996 laying tile in 7-Elevens for her family’s flooring company. Since then, she has 15 years’ experience in Commercial General Contracting by working with various construction companies for Florida to California. Through the years she has gained knowledge in managing daily business operations as an office manager to estimating, project administration, accounting, and project management.

Terry has extensive construction knowledge in a variety of areas and responsibilities. He has worked his way through the industry and held several positions, starting as a Framer before becoming a Project Developement Manager, PEMB Technical Manager, then a Project Manager and Preconstruction Manager. With strengths in problem solving, organization, communication and understanding plans, he takes ownership in his projects. With 25 years of experience, in Residential and Commercial, he strives to bring value as a team member everyday.

Christian is a licensed light commercial contractor in Georgia. He attended Wayne State University when he got his start in construction as a carpenter working his way through the residential and commercial ranks. In Christian’s 26 years of experience, he has managed and built Class A office space, restaurants, travel center fuel centers, banks and custom multi-million-dollar residential properties in 13 states. He and wife Alexandra have four kids. While active members at Red Rocks Church, they enjoy coaching youth football and basketball, mentoring kids together.

Denis started working in construction 18 years ago as a helper. Within a year he worked himself up to a lead carpenter. Denis holds an accounting degree and he also graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management in 2010. After graduating, he was offered a position to consult with one of the leading engineering firms in Akyem, Ghana. The project included all the road and power infrastructure. There were 243 houses, 3 churches and the local school. After Ghana, he transferred back to the United States and was a consultant on many mine sites in Colorado and Nevada. Denis has built some of the most complex projects in the world.

Erik is a Colorado native, born and raised in the Denver metro area and a graduate of Evergreen High School. Erik got his start in the construction business in 1987 working for a construction supply company in Mesa AZ, while attending Arizona State University. He learned the Stonemason trade and progressed through the various stages of the construction process for many years before becoming a partner in a General Contracting company in Phoenix, AZ. He has taken an active role on projects including site selection, design and interior finishes

Jericho has been in the Roofing Industry for 10 years! He tried to escape the industry last year and then found our team! Jericho spent 5 years as an Infantry Marine prior to joining the industry. That is when he found Myla. After he was released from the Military, he married his wife, Jennifer. Jericho is a die-hard Rockies fan and loves country music. On his free time, he likes to go shooting and ride his motorcycle.

Justin’s construction experience started in Rhode Island where he was born and raised. He graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a degree in Economics. During his time in RI, Justin worked for a construction company specializing in renovations of schools, senior centers, and other high-profile municipal and State projects. He then started his own construction company completing over a dozen large commercial projects before taking a position with New England’s largest renewable energy company. In 2022, Justin moved out to Colorado and started working as a project manager for Global Construction.

Rebecca is a Louisiana native, and moved to Colorado in 2011. Rebecca started working in the construction industry while attending the University of New Orleans graduating with a BA in Business Administration. Since moving to Colorado Rebecca has worked in the Roofing industry as an Office Manager and Insurance Expeditor. Rebecca has experience in management, team building, professional development, strategic implementation and company collaboration. Rebecca opens the line of communication between clients, customers, and businesses to get projects done. Rebecca is inspired daily by her husband, children and grandchildren.

Tara is a Colorado native who loves to spend time with her family. She enjoys trying new things and doing anything outdoors. She started in the roofing industry in 2013 and has been in the construction industry ever since. Learning is something that she enjoys and has demonstrated it by learning all she can in this industry from building codes, billing to production. Tara works hard to build a legacy that she can share with her children.

A native of Kansas City, Aaron is driven by his faith, family, and working with clients and customers on creating a strong sense of belonging. Aaron has had success working with owners and operators on the sales, financing, development, and operations of many multifamily and senior housing projects throughout the Midwest. He has obtained a master’s degree from University of Missouri -Kansas City and obtained his CCIM designation. In his spare time, Aaron runs marathons, works out, spends time with his wife and two young children, and plays a wide variety of music.

Brittany is a Colorado native, raised in Colorado Springs and moved to Denver in 2018. She has been within the construction industry since 2014 and is diversified within the industry. She started as a laborer and worked her way up into running her own job sites and crews. Recently she began to explore other avenues within the industry on the backside to hone in on developing new business and excelling within the marketing sector.

Diana was born and raised in Colorado. She graduated in 3.5 years from Grand Canyon University with her BS. Diana has worked in various customer service roles ranging from event coordination, food services, front desk operations, to working with children with disabilities and their families. All of this experience combined has made Diana passionate about building lasting client relationships while executing her job with excellence. As a new addition to Kapella Group and Global Construction, she is eager to put her people skills to the test and contribute to a flourishing company.

Leslie has over a decade of strategic planning and marketing experience. Graduating Magna Cum Laude with a BA from Colorado College, Leslie has worked in a variety of different fields, including hospitality, fashion, technology, agriculture, and construction. As a strategic thinker, self starter, strong listener, and fast learner she takes pride in her ability to successfully develop and market brands in a variety of industries.

Danielle has over 15 years of experience in Accounting & Finance. She also has 10+ year’s experience in the Design & Construction Industry. Danielle has her MBA in Accounting and Finance, as well as a BA in Interior Design and Construction. With all her extensive knowledge and experience in Design, Construction and Finance, Danielle is a great asset to Global Construction team.

Andrew, a Colorado Native, Army and Colorado National Guard Veteran, began his construction career at a young age watching his grandfather build custom homes in the Monument and Colorado Springs area. After spending eight years serving his country, he went back to the family business and started framing. He moved up from being a framer to a lead framer, and later promoted to Project Superintendent. After spending five years in the residential and remodeling industry he brought his skills and knowledge to the commercial construction industry. Along with his army vales, attention to detail and professionalism. He strives to make Colorado and the commercial construction industry the forefront of quality and safety.

Anthony was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. He has been working in the construction industry since 2010. Anthony has done everything within the industry, mastering most trades, but specializes in carpentry. He is now a Project Supervisor overseeing multifamily and senior living renovations.

Jerry has been in construction management for over 35 years. He has had the pleasure of overseeing big-box type construction, several school projects including one historic remodel of a school building. Some of the big-box projects were finished into DIY lumber yards and grocery stores, others were smaller retailers. He has also completed sit down restaurants, fast food drive-through type restaurants and medical offices, (some with operating rooms) as well as ground up and remodeling of assisted living buildings.

With over 30 years of engineering design and construction experience, Peter has either designed, consulted, or directly supervised projects throughout the US from California to Florida. He has been a consultant to HUD as well as the EPA where he is still on board as trainer/instructor. His list of projects range in size and scope from residential high rises, medical, educational and retail buildings.
