?Silvermark Construction Services, Inc. is a family-owned and operated company . (It's in our DNA.)  The origin of Silvermark dates back to 1981 when the founder, Gregory S. Owen, established a heating and air conditioning business. The company evolved, grew and changed a number of times over the years, adapting to market demands and the economic environment.  Predicting emerging needs over the years, the founder ventured into producing new homes, rehabbing distressed properties and creating assisted living communities, all with the intention of improving neighborhoods and communities.  

Silvermark understands that wherever you live, in a first home, a re-modeled older home, a shiny new tract home, a custom home or in one of our assisted living communities, your home is your most precious asset.  You want it to be secure, comfortable, and trouble free.  We get that and that's our goal.
