Minglewood Homes, Inc. is a full service general contracting and project management company specializing in residential historic preservation, renovations and new construction in the Chatham area.  Founded in 1993 by Timothy R. Smith, a native of Chatham, Minglewood Homes, Inc. has become known for preserving historic homes for generations to come as well constructing beautiful modern homes from design through landscaping and beyond.

Many challenges faced by coastal construction are lessened by the professional and knowledgeable staff at Minglewood Homes, Inc. as well as our established network of sub-contractors. We work closely with consultants to navigate the local by-laws and have enjoyed much success with approvals from the Chatham Zoning Board, Conservation Commission, Historical Commission and the Historical Business District Commission.
