Gary Willard 's Bio
With over 30 years of construction experience on his resume, Gary Willard brings a knowledgeable eye to every project he oversees. His education coupled with experience in nearly every aspect of construction is what drives all of his projects towards success.
Starting out as an Estimator, Mr. Willard learned to schedule accordingly, get a clear picture of the project, and plan ahead for unforeseen obstacles. He used those skills to quickly advance to Project Manager where he has gone on to lead his team on over 30 projects across the country. Having a solid background in education-related projects such as expansions and additions, Mr. Willard has mastered the art of working with the most demanding of schedules and variable construction environments.
Journeyman Construction is happy to have Gary Willard head up the Coastal Region Division based in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Judy Fisher 's Bio
Ms. Judy Fisher oversees the accounting department and is in charge of all contract accounts and financials.
Ms. Fisher has over 20 years experience in financial/administrative management, including 16 years in the construction accounting industry.
Her responsibilities include:
Oversees all subcontractor/vendor payables
Monitors accounts receivables/owner payments
Manages company cash flow
Supervises payroll and human resources
Monitors subcontractor compliance with terms of contracts
Assisting in job cost review and analysis with Project Managers
Monitors employee training and adherence to policies & procedures

Oversees tax preparation and annual independent audit
Establishes relations with banks and other financial institutions

Sam Kumar's Bio
Mr. Sam Kumar, President of Journeyman Construction, LLC founded the company in 2000. Since its inception, the company has experienced rapid growth and an ever-expanding client base.
What started as a small company has evolved into an award winning, multi-million dollar firm. With over 20 years experience in large commercial project management, Mr. Kumar has led a variety of projects and has honed his skills to ensure that each and every project is completed on time, within budget and that it meets the Owner’s and his own high standards.
Recognized by the Austin Business Journal in 2014 as the #1 Commercial Construction Firm ranked by 2013 billings in the Austin office, Sam Kumar has built his company on the principle that integrity should always trump celebrity. Every employee at JCI shares the same goal, to safely deliver buildings of the highest quality that the Architect, the Owner and Journeyman can proudly stand behind.

David Jamroz 's Bio
A veteran of the construction industry, Mr. Jamroz has almost 30 years of experience in construction estimation. His background in buyout and project management provides a solid base for estimating and developing project budgets. Employed in the construction industry since he was 12 years old, the former Florida resident is experienced in subcontractor negotiations, contracts, scope of work, change orders, maintenance of shop drawing flow, final turnover and dealing with local regulatory and inspection agencies and interfacing with architectural and engineering firms.
Armed with and education in Building Construction Management and Construction Engineering from Florida International University, Mr. Jamroz has the solid background and experience needed to estimate and evaluate projects in almost every area of commercial construction.
With experience in tilt-wall, steel, concrete and masonry structures as well as building finish, tenant finish and site work, he has an impressive array of commercial experience.
As a Sr. Project Estimator with Journeyman, Mr. Jamroz is responsible for the coordination of pre-construction services, including constructability analysis, development of cost estimates and value engineering opportunities.

Cannon Kilde 's Bio
Cannon Kilde is a dedicated, hardworking professional who has quickly climbed the ranks at Journeyman Construction. Originally hired as a superintendent, Cannon was later promoted to project manager because of his ability to successfully manage and complete high-profile projects. He was again promoted in January 2018 to project executive where he will continue his outstanding leadership efforts and serve as the lead on multiple projects simultaneously.
Throughout his 11+ years’ experience in the construction industry, Cannon has excelled in adhering to project schedules and maintaining deadlines. His day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining subcontractor relations and managing project contracts in the field and office.

David Gregorcyk 's Bio
David Gregorcyk leads Journeyman’s legal affairs and risk management. Prior to joining the Journeyman team, David was an attorney with a top-rated construction law firm, representing some of the largest and most successful commercial building contractors in Texas. He handled matters in litigation and arbitration concerning construction defects, mechanic’s liens, payment and performance bonds, insurance coverage, and claims for delay, acceleration, supplementation, liquidated damages, wrongful termination, inefficiency, extra work, scope gaps, differing or unforeseen site conditions, and bidding issues, among many others.
At Journeyman, David manages operational and legal risk to ensure projects are successfully executed to the benefit of all stakeholders, including our customers, subcontractors, and suppliers. This effort spans the life cycle of each project, with the ultimate goal being the delivery of quality construction that is on-time and within budget. David also serves as General Counsel to the Journeyman Group, providing advice on complex, multi-million dollar transactions pertaining to the development of a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate projects including luxury apartment complexes and upscale select-service hotels.
David has authored presentations given to the Construction Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, as well as numerous articles for construction industry publications and trade journals.

Justin Lee's Bio
Justin Lee brings a resourceful and confident approach to each project he manages at Journeyman Construction. He earned his B.S. in Construction Management and subsequently began his career as an estimator. Justin joined JCI in 2012 as project manager, and he was promoted to project executive in January 2018. He now serves as the lead executive on numerous projects concurrently, while utilizing his client-centric management approach to ensure every project and client receives his full attention.
Justin has a long history of leading successful projects, most of which are large, multi-phase developments and specializes in multi-family residential builds for JCI. He exhibits exceptional leadership abilities and is highly motivated to complete each project on schedule and within budget, while building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors alike.
