MBD Homes is a trusted custom home builder in Lorain County offering personal interaction throughout the home building experience. We began in the industry over 2 decades ago when our owner, Keith Martin, began framing new homes for local builders – while still in high school. Quickly realizing his enjoyment of this type of quality, hands-on work, he began working for a local re-modeler and stayed on for years. His experience moved quickly to construction management – spending the next 12 years learning every aspect of the new home construction for a major construction company. At that point, Keith decided to form MBD Homes.
