All-IN Painting

Luke is the owner of All-IN Painting. Since 2016, he has worn many hats in the company. He is involved in networking, business development, sales training and all things operations and marketing.

He has been painting for over 24 years and, as a fifth-generation painter, he learned the trade along-side his dad’s commercial painting company in Northwest Indiana. Luke is dedicated to changing the stereotypes in the painting industry. He wants to build careers for those who want to be in the trades directly out of high school. He takes pride in building leaders and wants to build a company that values the career path of the employee. “Growth and Learning are exciting for the culture of a company, and I don’t ever want to be content or stagnant.” -Luke

Luke graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Indiana State University, double majoring in Professional Pilot and Aerospace Administration. For 11 years, Luke worked at an Aviation Consulting firm as a pilot, grant administrator, and project manager. Luke’s hobbies include Flying Airplanes, Karate, Crossfit, Movies, Camping, and Traveling with his wife and kids.

Audra Lavery has been with All-IN Painting since January of 2017. She started out as our Office Assistant and has continued to take on more responsibilities each year. Audra currently manages the office and the field schedule. She communicates with clients and employees each day and make sure each project is started and completed.

Audra received her Bachelors of Science from Purdue University in 2010 with a degree in Organization Leadership and Supervision.

She enjoys the flexibility of her job that allows her to still be a part-time stay at home mom/wife to her two boys and husband. Audra loves camping and being outdoors, and especially spending time with her family and friends.

Heather Hoffmeyer has been an Office Assistant with All-IN Painting since 2018. When you call the office, you will probably be speaking with Heather as she answers the majority of our calls and schedules estimates. Heather also helps prepare for new projects, closes out all projects after completions and interviews potential new team members.

She is a dedicated mother who loves her three kids and celebrated her first grandchild in October of 2019. Heather and her husband, Keith, have been married for 30 years.

Heather studied at the University of Southern Indiana where she received her Dental Assistant board-certification.

Dave has been a Sales Representative with All-IN Painting since November of 2019. He provides custom and detailed estimates for our clients, while being conscious of budget and timeline constraints for each client.

He has over 7 years of experience as a Sales Representative, primarily in retail. Dave earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Indianapolis and loves spending time with family and friends.

Drew Calvert joined All-IN Painting in June of 2019 as a Crew Leader, but has recently moved up into the role of Sales Representative and HR Coordinator. He meets with potential clients and writes up scopes of work for each individual project. Drew is also heavily involved in the hiring process for potential new team members.

He has enjoyed his positive experience at All-IN Painting and values success by focusing on quality and professionalism.

Drew grew up in Greenwood, IN, and attended Center Grove High School and graduated in 2010. Graduating from Ball State University in 2014, Drew spent the next five years in the client relationship and project management business. After graduating from Ball State, Drew returned to the community he loves and appreciates. He was made the Head Coach of the CGHS Men’s Lacrosse team in 2017 and has enjoyed giving back to my community in this way. Drew also became a dad for the first time in 2019 when he and his wife welcomed their first son.
