Rubenstein Construction Solutions, LLC is a local family owned, women owned, small business.  The Owner, Melanie Rubenstein, received a Master of Science Degree in Construction Management in 2006 & holds a 30-Hour OSHA Safety Certification.  Since then, she has worked for companies such as Prus Construction, Capital Construction Services, CertaPro Painters/Excel Services to gain a wide range of knowledge in the construction industry.  She has been responsible for various aspects of the construction process and is a highly motivated team player. Rubenstein Construction Solutions provides quality craftsmanship & professionalism. The company was started out of the passion Melanie has for the construction industry and her strong management skills, estimating, & valued engineering. 

The company is in the beginning stages of growth and is highly motivated to take on projects, completing on time and within budget. The companies main lines of business include: Building Alterations, General Contractors, Interiors--Offices, Stores, Etc. Rubenstein Construction Solutions has been listed in the Blue Book since 2018.

The Verge -Oxford, OH
General Construction Manager – The Verge features fully furnished, individually leased 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. Each suite includes separately keyed bedrooms, a spacious common area and kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances. Her team was responsible for all the finished carpentry for each suite.  Some of the project items included the installation of pre-hung doors/hardware, base/casing, entry thresholds, & window sills. 
 
Aqua on the Levee -Newport, KY 
Construction Coordinator– Coordinating construction efforts through in-house and contract labor for a 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment complex, provide residents with the perfect balance between intimacy and spaciousness. Each apartment is appointed with premium appliances and luxury finishes.  Her team was responsible for the final punch list items for obtain Certificates of Occupancy.
  
The Banks – Smale Park -Cincinnati, OH 
Construction Coordinator– Coordinating construction efforts through in-house and contract labor for the build out of Smale Park. Responsible for creating & maintaining project set-up files for the accounting department. Familiar with specifications, shop drawings, & submittals. Maintain projects lists & estimating take-off. Managed contracts for Subcontractors & Suppliers along with Project Manual documentation for Project Managers/Superintendents.

Construction Coordinator for the Hotel Industry – Negotiated & Managed Contracts for Subcontractors & Suppliers, Coordinated & Manage Permitting, Estimating Take-off, Sent out Request For Proposal, Maintained Request For Information Log, Approved Submittals and Maintained Submittal Log, Input Daily Reports, Input Invoices, Paid Vendors/Subcontractors, Scheduled Subcontractor Meetings, Collected and Submitted Close-out Documents.
