An award-winning example of urban renewal at its best. this cavemous nine teenth century industrial building was transformed into a 21st century state- of-the-art suite of photo editing studios and film labs Vast white minimalist surfaces, concrete floors and a multi- story atrium pull in and distribute generous amounts of light to the galleries and meeting areas. The dimly lit computer rooms and laboratories reside behind a monolithic glass tower which houses and celebrates the complex systems that are the nerve center for business operations. The artful preservation of the exposed
timber construction, original ceiling beams, hangars and lag bolts accentuate and illustrate the building's time traveling morphosis.
