Background

After 17 years of working with many different well respected construction companies, Samir Assaf decided that it was time to start his own, and in 2007 thats exactly what he did. 

Start up

Being a new company did not slow us down as we secured many different jobs around the Chicago area, including The Somerset Place Apartments within the first year of our existence. 

Present

Since then we have only grown and matured into one of the most prosperous construction companies in the Chicago area
