Scope Of Work
Built in 2013, this one story Modern Prairie Style home has a full mountain view from the rear of the home. Light and view is brought in due to the large windows in the living room, dining room, one of the two bedrooms and the master bedroom.
Upon walking up to the covered front entry, there is a bubbling water feature among a natural planted area. Inside the clear select-grade mahogany floor runs throughout the home. Use of natural wood accents, white walls, a large Ceasar-stone Quartz kitchen island and matched Sapele cabinets give the home a warm but contemporary feel.
