MSB Constructors was founded with three very simple, yet sometimes elusive guiding principles that formed our mission statement and laid the foundation that our company is built upon;

These simple guiding principles were the result of the collective cumulating influences derived from almost 50 years in the construction business as Professional Managers with 30 years as a Commercial General Contractor.  What we learned over the years was that it didn’t make any difference if we were doing a simple Home Remodel, building Missile Siloes in the Arctic, Custom multi-million dollar homes for celebrities, Apartment Complexes, Motels, Strip Malls, Schools or Surgery Centers, “Integrity is the first Chapter in the Book of Wisdom”.  Without Integrity and total customer satisfaction our social fabric breaks down and we slip down the slippery slope we see the industry headed towards now – mutual mistrust culminating in anarchy if there isn’t a course correction.  We aren’t perfect, nobody is, we make mistakes just like everybody else but we go to great lengths to avoid those mistakes by using a time sequenced planning method.  What defines a person or a company isn’t the mistake they make, but how that mistake is rectified, that is what defines who we are and why MSB Constructors is different from other contractors you may have had experience with.  We believe in “Building Relationships” and we operate with a policy of full transparency when our clients ask for it.  If a Contractor can’t stand 100% behind their finished product it never should have been started in the first place.

We pride ourselves on being forward-thinking and feel very strongly “There are no Problems, Only Solutions.  We offer a wide range of expertise to help you solve your unique set of issues.  We are just as comfortable with complicated “Design-Build” projects as we are building from plans drawn by others.  We construct everything from “Homes to Hotels” and everything in between. If we can’t stand behind it – we won’t build it.
