Scope Of Work
The Fatima School/Church parking lot was a 60,000 square foot paving and drainage rehabilitation project. The main scope of the project consisted of the removal and reclamation of the existing asphalt surface as well as the removal and replacement of the existing subsurface drainage system.
Other aspects of the project:
Installation of site lighting
Installation of irrigation and landscaping
New parking canopy
Concrete paving and curbing
Mourain Construction was given only 65 days to complete the project and to the delight of their customer completed the project in 55 days giving the school 10 days to spare before school started again.
