Austin's experience in hardwood flooring, remodeling, design, and property management has prepared him to meet a wide variety of home owner's needs. While he's not working with customers or on-the-job, he enjoys being outdoors, hunting, biking, camping, and travelling. 

Alexandra does a little bit of everything. She works closely with team members and home owners, takes promotional photos of jobs, helps around the office, and keeps the fans updated online. She enjoys being with the youngest members of the UpKeep team - Austin & Alexandra's daughters Leona and Elsie.

Chelsea is awesome at keeping the office, team, and business running smoothly. New and returning customers have the privilege of communicating with her on the phone and online. When not in the office, Chelsea is usually spending time with her family and friends.

Todd is our Project Manager who collaborates daily with customers, the office manager, and our entire team to ensure that projects run smoothly. Todd coordinates projects from start to finish on-site while also organizing all aspects of the project behind the scenes.

Bret is our go-to guy for handyman work, repairs, and everything in between. Be sure to strike up a conversation next time he's working in your home to enjoy a glimpse of his knowledgeable, sarcastic, and quirky attitude.
