I spoke to Mike on Thursday and scheduled his services for the following morning. I called him back because I was concerned about some of the "bad reviews" on here. He was very upfront and discussed the reviews with me. He arrived on time and provided the options we discussed. I was only home for a few minutes so my son was the one that dealt with him throughout the install, and he felt Mike and his coworker did a great job. He followed through everything we discussed, including assessing my hot water issue with my kitchen sink and fixed that as well! His pricing was a little lower than what I was quoted from another company AND the work was completed less than 24 hrs later, so that was a huge plus. I would definitely hire Mike again and recommend his services.
They were on time and very efficient in using their time to get the job done in a timely manner. The pricing seemed a little high but then I have never had to hire a plumber before and I think they are probably priced right in the range that plumbers charge for their time. Not unhappy at all. Very pleasant and took the time to explain to me what they were doing.
They are prompt and know what they need to do. Called one day they had the job done the next morning. It was great having to be without hot water very long. I called every where this was my best deal on price and quality!
I had a dripping valve under my sink I thought I needed replaced. They showed up and determined the nut just needed tightening behind the valve so they took care of that and didn't charge us. Super impressed with their willingness to help and not just do what would earn them a check.
Very professional and on time. Answered questions and cleaned up after they were done. However, I have attempted multiple times to get a valid receipt from the company to submit for a $75 rebate through CenterPoint Energy without success. On 8/30 I was told the company would send me the $75 check and they would work out the issue with CenterPoint. However to date I have still not received a check despite multiple calls and/or emails nor an acceptable receipt that I can submit to CenterPoint.
