We have created a unique formula for the best - below grade waterproofing function. 

                             We offer two different waterproofing products: 

1) Ultra 1000 - Elastomeric Waterproofing Membrane  * Made from 80% Recycled Material

*Easy Application and Fastest Set time in the Industry.  It dries to the touch in 4 hours or less

*Can be applied with permanent elasticity...at whatever your desired thickness...and is made to last! 

*Has the lowest dispersement rate in the industry.  You can spay wherever you want without product loss.  

1000 is a fluid applied, single component, polymer modified asphalt emulsion.  It is a heavy bodied polymer modified asphalt protective coating which forms a dried film that is a smooth, tough, rubber membrane.  It resists penetration of water and will not become brittle at low temperatures.  The durable film bonds tightly to most clean and firm surfaces. 

2) Z-Board - The Best Drainage Board on the Market! 

Is a 0.40-inch, geometric patterned core, drainage mat designed to eliminate hydrostatic pressure from behind foundation and retaining walls. 

The mono-filaments are heat welded at junctions to form a resilient structure that utilizes a filler fabric to hold the soil or concrete away from the wall or deck and the core creating space for water to escape.
