Dennis Zanath has over 30 years of experience working in the Design
and Construction industry, the early part of his career and studies
where in the Architectural and Urban Planning where he majored in
those fields respectively at Cuyahoga Community College and Cleveland
State University. After school Dennis took a job a High Profile
Cleveland Architectural Firm and quickly moved up the ranks from
drafter to Job Captain at the time large scale urban and suburban mall
development was exploding and we worked on some fantastic projects
that include Columbus City Center, Ohio.....Steeplegate Mall in
Concord New Hampshire and Rock Hill Mall in Rock Hill South Carolina.
As time went on Dennis' strength in construction administration became
evident and moved to pursue his career in the project delivery system
know as Design Build......an effort that combines the management of
the design disciplines and the construction budget to streamline the
delivery of the project from start to finish in regards to schedule
and cost. This delivery system was a perfect fit for his skill set and
Dennis became an integral part of the growth of a Major Cleveland
Construction firm and was promoted to the position of Senior Project
Manager/Design Build Division where he was directly responsible for
the financial and schedule accountability of the construction projects
under the Design Build Division......During Dennis' tenure at Marous
Brothers Construction Dennis Managed over $62 Million worth of work
that averaged a profit of 14%. Dennis attributes his success in the
industry to first and foremost pay attention to detail, persistence
and the ability to build relationships, relationships with your team,
with your clients and with your subcontractors.
Dennis was the Vice President of Construction for the Snavely
Building Company; The Team concept is the rule of law at SBC. Working
with the Team that includes the Owner of the company, PMs,
Superintendents, Administrative and Accounting Personnel, we strive to
exceed expectations by paying attention to detail, being persistent
and placing a high value on building relationships, Relationships with
your team, with your clients and with your subcontractors.
In 2018 Dennis realized there was one position he hadn't achieved
yet. Currently, Dennis is President of his own company 3 Dee Construction.
