With 25 years of commercial construction experience, Jim is
responsible for overseeing all company operations. He founded Gardiner
& Adams in 2010 after the successful sale of his family’s
contracting business, Gardiner & Gardiner.
He is a Project Management Professional (PMP), LEED Green Associate
and has a Thirty (30) Hour OSHA certification and Maryland Green Card
(Sediment Control).
He is also a proud graduate and Board Member of the Purdue University
Polytechnic Institute, with a BS in Building Construction Management.
In addition to his duties with Gardiner & Adams and Purdue, Jim
has also served as a Board Member of the Salvation Army’s Annapolis
chapter, the Associated Builders & Contractor’s Chesapeake
chapter, and the Anne Arundel Community College’s Construction
Advisory Board.
