Chenal Valley Construction

Chenal Valley Construction was created in 1991 by Jim & Linda Miles. Since then, they have built over 85 houses in the Greater Little Rock area. Chenal Valley Construction was a member of a Southern Living Custom Home Builder program for 5 years. In 2001, they built a Showcase Home at 55 Bellegarde Drive in the LaMarche Subdivision in Chenal Valley, in West Little Rock. That home was featured in the Southern Living Showcase of Homes Tour, and raised over $20,000 for Bethany Christian Services. Chenal Valley  Construction has adapted to and built for many styles and trends in the business, including Southern Living, Craftsman, Green, traditional and contemporary homes. Their goal is to build high-quality, energy-efficient homes that are both beautiful and livable. They are currently building in Woodlands Edge and will be building in Isom Creek by spring of 2016.
