BRYAN CULVER's Bio
My passion is taking new challenges and experiences head-on and developing into perfection quickly.
Bryan Culver is a managing partner, co-founder, and CTO of Argonomo, LLC. He has worked and consulted for numerous organizations on building stable and highly available infrastructures. His expertise expands from security, SaaS architectures, and web development to blockchain, machine learning, and business procedure analysis.
He grew up the child of two automotive employees, father an engineer and mother a business process manager. He never shied away from learning the underpinnings of a high functioning individual or enterprise. As a kid Bryan had a passion for taking things apart to see how they work. As he grew older he started to build his own gadgets first out of blocks and later out of code. While studying computer science at Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, he worked in the telecommunications industry serving the Metro Detroit area organizations ranging from hospitals, Fortune 500 enterprises, and emergency services. With his partners at Argonomo, they have brought the industry changing concept of a venture studio to Michigan. Uniting business acumen, technology expertise and capital investment, Argonomo has brought down the total cost of going to market with new ideas.
He resides in Clarkston, MI with his wife and two daughters. When he isn’t designing and architecting platforms, he enjoys getting his hand dirty around the house with construction and welding. Ever tinkering, Bryan’s passion lies squarely in the pursuit of perfection.

Passion to create, to build, to take risks, to dream, and to do. Meeting and networking with people is what I love to do, and my greatest passion is to take what people dream and ignite it to become reality. I believe that one person can start a movement, but it takes a team to change the world. With that in mind, everything I do is with a positive attitude and grand vision to build something that can have a powerful and positive impact in the world today.

JASON WILLIS's Bio
I’m most passionate about telling meaningful stories. Sometimes that’s through video or photography and sometimes it’s through design. Seeing those stories help promote a purpose or build a brand is the most rewarding thing to be a part of.
I’m a designer, videographer, and/or photographer depending on the day, and I help manage the creative for Argonomo’s clients and ventures. I have worked for a variety of organizations and industries throughout Metro Detroit from corporate to non-profit, education to editorial, and consumer to business-to-business.
I am a proud Golden Grizzly and Oakland University alum where I worked in communications and marketing prior to joining the Argonomo team. During my time there I worked on a variety of media projects to market OU through digital advertising, social media, the university’s website, and publications. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art and a minor in Graphic Design. I’m still involved at OU where I teach multimedia classes for the Oakland University Center for Autism.
My interest in the creative field began in high school newspaper and yearbook classes (where I met my now wife, Angie). That interest in telling stories and documenting events led me to a local photography studio after high school where I grew my skill set while in college. Over the years I’ve had the opportunity to work with many local businesses and non-profits including the American Heart Association, Automation Alley, Downtown Detroit Partnership, DTE Energy, GTB, Warrior Sports, Brine Lacrosse, and many others.
When I’m not working I can often be heard in the basement playing drums or guitar. I was in a band during high school and recently got back into playing music and taking lessons. I’m always finding new music on Spotify and obsessively tracking my listening on Last.fm. My wife and I are also big Oakland University basketball fans and make it to nearly every home game. We love to travel and plan to visit every national park someday.
RYAN HEGEDUS's Bio
I’m most passionate about helping people. Whether that was helping my son take his first steps at home or educating clients and coworkers about search engine optimization and digital marketing at work, I’ve always been interested in making sure others have what they need to succeed.
Going into college, I was sure a career in journalism was in my future. I had written for my high school newspaper and ended up working for the Oakland Post, Oakland University’s award-winning student newspaper. During my time there, I got to interview celebrities visiting campus and Oakland personalities ranging from athletes to the president of the university. Along the way, however, I switched majors and focused on marketing. It was this switch that created the career path I’ve been on for the last 5 years.
Coming out to college, I worked at iProspect, a digital marketing agency in Detroit. Our main client was General Motors, and this is where my love of search engine optimization (SEO) started. I was hired due to my writing background and began working with Chevrolet Culture, the brand site’s content section. From there, my skills evolved to encompass more overarching strategy, including developing and presenting keyword strategy and recommendations for the yearly cycle of new and returning vehicles.
When Chevrolet partnered with Manchester United to form Chevrolet FC, a partnership designed to bring the international game of football to underprivileged areas of the world, I was tasked with creating the entire SEO strategy for this new branch of the Chevrolet brand. After creating the strategy, organic traffic to the site increased by 96% in the first two months.
After moving to Colorado in 2015, I began working at Location3, a digital marketing agency focused on multi-unit and franchise businesses. This dramatic shift in client was a welcome change, as SEO focused on local search was an area I had never worked in. While there were challenges along the way, learning this new discipline has helped me grow as a digital marketing professional.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife Annie, son Peter, and our two dogs, Dewey and Mack. I love to create culinarily - cooking all sorts of food and brewing beer are two of my favorite activities. I’m also very passionate (probably too much) about all my Detroit-area sports teams: Golden Grizzlies, Detroit City FC, Pistons, Lions, Tigers, and Red Wings.
