Our Story

A principal Limited Energy Contractor / Integrator in the Pacific Northwest, Hard Hat Industries Inc. is Veteran owned small business. Located in the Willamette Valley, we provide our services throughout the state of Oregon. We offer the personalized attention of a small business with the performance of a large corporation.

Our employees are committed to their work. CEO, Mike Bradt, began his twenty-nine years in the industry after serving in the Army with the 82nd Airborne. Practices from this time were carried over and instilled in our employees to develop the values, discipline and work-hard mentality of the company. With an eclectic experience accrued after working on projects all over the State, our employees derived a nuanced, dynamic skill set to provide a military-inspired, professional standard to manifest the highest quality outcomes.
