We are a San Francisco & Sonoma based deconstruction,building materials sales, reuse logistics and  and green consulting company with over 25 years combined experience in deconstruction, reuse, and green building. We specialize in full and surgical building deconstruction, green point rating, and reuse logistics for both residential and commercial/industrial properties.

To bring the most value to your project that will both benefit the client and the environment, we work with Architects, Construction Management Firms, Real Estate Developers, Corporations, Insurance companies, Farms, Wineries and individual property owners.

As green building professionals and as parents we find ourselves increasingly concerned about air quality, building material off-gassing, toxic cleaning products, and energy waste. By deconstruction and reusing building material, we are helping reduce the greenhouse gases associated with climate change. And choosing to build homes beyond the current CalGreen code makes a positive impact in the future energy consumption of our buildings. We enjoy our work because not only is it meaningful to us, but because we know it will make a difference in the environment that our children will soon be inheriting.

Being a general contractor we know how things should be built, and thus we know how to take them effectively apart for reuse. And conversely, by deconstructing materials and homes, we especially know how materials should be installed within buildings.
