Tri City National Bank Corporation is a wholly owned banking subsidiary of Tri City Bankshares, Inc., a single bank holding company headquartered in Oak Creek, WI. The bank has two subsidiaries, Tri City Capital Corporation, a Nevada corporation and Tri City Investment Services, a division of the parent. 

Tri City Bankshares Corporation is the parent of Tri City National Bank, a commercial bank that operates 35 offices and 2 auto bank facilities throughout the Milwaukee area. Tri City Bankshares was formed in 1970. Tri City National Bank was founded in 1963.
