Scope Of Work
Findorff completed an expansion and renovation project at Alverno College, one of America’s largest women’s colleges. The project included a new three-story, 50,000-square-foot building, 13,500-square-foot addition, and renovations totaling 125,000 square feet.
Specifics to the project included the following:
Creation of a new, larger student commons area
Green roof to absorb rainfall and reduce reflected heat
New Student Main Street that combines advising, counseling, financial aid, career planning, and other critical student services in one easy-to-access location
New Art Education Suite
