Our front-line leader development Program helps superintendents, general foremen and foremen become more effective and efficient; unlike other foremen training programs, we address leadership as well as technical skills; we combine classroom sessions with field coaching; and we ensure lasting change by engaging the managers of program participants in ensuring new skills are applied on the job.
Our Safety Professional Development program helps EHS professionals become more effective engaging and influencing the behavior of tradespeople and supervisors. We focus on the 'soft-skills' that OSHA courses neglect. We combine classroom and in-the-field coaching, and facilitate relationship building between safety and construction teams.
We design half-, full- and multi-day leadership workshops that include candid conversation about "real" issues, alignment on next steps and commitment to follow-through back at the jobsite.
We are also available as keynote speakers on topics ranging from worker safety to leadership to culture change.
We work with clients to develop individual and collective leadership capacities.
We offer a variety of assessment tools from surveys, to 360-degree feedback to organization wide interviews. Based on the results of this assessment, we design a development program including offsite workshops, individual coaching, and improvements to organizational processes.
