Carlos and his crew did a great job installing our new Gate and Mailbox post. The cedar looks great. We were happy that they were able to do a more contemporary style that we asked for. A good tip to make process faster: Make sure they are registered with your Village before you pick up the building permit. Also, in our town, the inspector had to come out 2 times. Once to inspect post holes and once the job was complete. What could have taken one day to do ended up being 2 weeks but nothing you can do about that. We do recommend them. I took one star off because the communication could have been a little better. We asked for 30min call before they arrived to do the work so we can leave work to meet them and that did not happen, but overall Good Job.

I just bought a new house and needed to completely close off my yard because I have a dog.  About 3/4 were already enclosed and I had about 45 feet left and a gate that needed to be installed.  I called around using Home Advisor to about 5 different places and Carlos was the one to come out the quickest, give me the fairest price, and get started ASAP.  I'm so happy I decided to go with him and his guys.  He was very up front and professional and the price was very fair.  They were able to come out within a week and completed the job in one day!  All other companies were saying they were multiple weeks and sometimes months (!) out. I'm very happy with my experience.

Suarez is as good as it gets! They were incredibly responsive, professional, on time and most importantly - the work is perfect. I had them create custom stairs railings and a gate for me based on a couple pictures and they replicated it exactly using high quality materials at a fair price.

We had a wonderful experience with Suarez Fence. We wanted to get a fence first thing after moving in, and Carlos met us at the house right after closing to take final measurements and get our survey. He had already called Julie for the locate marks, so he everything was set to go. He took the survey directly to the city to get the permit, and he started work just a few days later as promised. The guys worked all day and well into the night, and they finished our whole fence in about a week from our closing. They even took care to put wood by the gap by our house so that our dog wouldn't be able to get out. Carlos advised us on where to put our gate, as well, to minimize space for our dog to escape. They truly thought of everything. They did beautiful work, and the fence looks amazing! They are very responsive if you ask questions, as well. We could not be happier with them and will be recommending them in the future to all our friends and family!

I did some research and contacted Suarez fence through yelp,  response was given on the same day and set up a estimate.   Luis came out and gave me an estimate of $3886 for 140 feet of red cedar and tearing down and hauling the old fence.   I decided to go with them signing the contract on a Friday and the showed up to work that following Tuesday.  The whole job took 4 days,  1 day to set all posts,  2 days dry time , and 1 day to put the panels up.   I was pleased with the quality and efficiency.  I highly recommend Suarez fence.

Carlos was very responsive with the quote, negotiations, finding the day to proceed and afterwards. Fence came out very nice. There was a few boards that weren't nailed in correctly - contacted Carlos and they came out a few days later and corrected. We used master posts instead of 4x4s and it looks very nice.

I was very happy with the work they did. Their cost was within the range I expected. However, I was a bit confused when the salesman and another worker from a competing company showed up to do the work. I contacted the owners and they told me that when times are busy they will occasionally use other companies workers.

We contacted Suarez Fence based on the Yelp reviews we saw and they all ended up to be true. We got an estimate over the phone the same day, then they came out the next week to see it in person and offer us some upgrade options if we wanted to do anything beyond the basic options. We scheduled an install day a week out from there. They didn't show up on the day they promised to come out because they got delayed by some rain. I would have appreciated a call or text to let us know that (we didn't find out until I emailed them asking what was going on and they replied that evening). If we didn't work from home and had taken the day off to be there I may have been more upset. Anyway - they promised to be there the next Tuesday and were here and installing on time. The fence looks great and was exactly what we were hoping for. They finished it in one day which was wonderful! Only thing I wish we had known is that you are in charge of the clean up. The works left quite a mess of big mud chunks tracked all over our yard that we had to go pick up and get out of the yard so not to ruin the sod. And any piles of dirt/mud left from where they put in posts are yours to take care of as well. Just a heads up on that since we were not prepared for the mess after! Otherwise we were very happy with everything and their responsiveness, pricing, and promptness. Would recommend!

We had a great experience working with Carlos and his team. We wanted a horizontal cedar fence and Carlos showed us a few different options, and got us a detailed quote the same day.  The fence looks great and was done sooner than we anticipated. Very happy with everything!
