ATI Construction LLC

Justin Sheu is responsible for analyzing the financial feasibility of ATI Construction’s real estate developments. He has had experience working on commercial real estate projects sourcing equity and debt financing, as well as experience in credit and financial analysis at a residential mortgage bank. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Thomas Tsang has worked as a general contractor and project manager on dozens of commercial real estate projects around the Dallas/Ft.Worth area for the past 20+ years. Thomas has constructed over 2000+ residential units for multifamily use, and has been involved in various stages of the development process with retail, office, warehouse, and subdivisions. His current company, ATI Construction LLC, has completed projects from the ground up, both retail and commercial. This includes the construction of multifamily and town home style complexes for both leasing and sales purposes.

Timothy Tsang graduated with a degree in B.A. in Political Science from the University of Texas at Austin.  The last three years he has worked as an operations manager with two small start-up businesses, and has also served the last 3 years as a Youth & Missions Deacon at Frisco Community Bible Church. He also enjoys working with people and building teams.
