Bear Arms Security Services, LLC  provides customized, armed-security solutions utilizing the most up to date methods, instruction, and professional and well trained armed officers in the industry incorporating physical and technical, high-reliability systems in response to high-threat, high-visibility, persons and events primarily within the State of Oregon and the Portland, Metro area and  State of Washington. We have world wide reach and U.S. presence and travel abilities throughout the U.S.

We know that premium safe and secure service starts with the quality of our workforce. We focus exclusively on hiring experienced security minded individuals who have a history of high standards of training and professionalism, no record or personal acceptance of negligent discharge of firearms, no convictions including misdemeanor, and we strive to hire veterans of our US Military, Law Enforcement, or experts in the armed security sector 10+ years experience or more performing clandestine, out of country, extreme condition and threat armed site security or CPP. CEU’s are required for advancement and we start our Officers at the local living wage of 18.00$, 2$ (20$) after a short probation period. 

Uniforms and gear is issued and colored green and brown. We are not, and will not be confused by wearing all black, with the other “guards” and their companies. We issue our officers body cams that must be running from site arrival till departure. We deter most threats by the visual detection of our own officers, unless it is a EP/VIP whom we have a separate uniform (suit, or business, attire) we have employed all officers and don’t therefore they informing the persons just turning on their phones to get footage of us that they’ll use to sue or ruin us and we inform them that’s not very respectful honest or going to work since they’ve been on several officers camera talking directly to it for hours. 

Gear we issue steel toe, ASTM, NSTI, Berry Compliant, non slip, non electrical conducting, non-porous rubber soled boots, gloves, retention (slip/fall) straps, and safety eye wear and contractors caps. All we need is our orders from the client for the shift and we can do the rest including if the need is to enter any premise under construction safely and within your insurance requirements and our insurances preference. We maintain a high level of liability insurance, drivers, that covers everything from dings in doorways to the A&B.
