I have been in the business for over 40 years; from installation to sales, then management. In early 2018 I decided to go into business for myself in order to utilize my expertise and knowledge of all types of floor covering materials, installation procedures and my ability to manage any situation. Complete Commercial Flooring, Inc. offers Owners the ability to do value engineering of projects when needed and problem solving to keep projects on track. My belief is that the subcontractor should manage his own projects and not depend on the General Contractor to deal with his crews or any material shortages.  Because we totally manage our crews it frees the General Contractor to do his own work, saving  them time and money.  I have been involved in some of the largest projects in San Antonio from USAA to the DOD requiring federal background checks.  We never miss a finish date and will do whatever is necessary to complete a project on time. Quality is something that separates us from other commercial subcontractors.  We make our own punch-lists and manage the repairs insuring the Owner and Architect find minimal or no correction items.
