Scope Of Work
This roof had an existing layer of torch down modified. The existing membrane was showing signs of weathering, but was still in relatively good shape.
We decided that the best solution for this specific roof would be a Henry high solid silicone coating. This system came with a 20 year warranty for our customer.
The Henry high solids silicone coating extends the life cycle of the original roof while provided energy saving to the building owner. It is also less expensive than replacing a entire roof system.
