Scope Of Work
Bishop is a small South-Texas town located in Nueces County. In 1979, Celanese Corporation, a global technology and specialty materials company that engineers and manufactures a variety of products, hired Preload to build a reactor tank in Bishop. The purpose of this tank is to contain a proprietary chemical reaction process. The 1.55 MG AWWA D110 Type III wire-wound prestressed concrete tank, with an 87’ inside diameter and a side water depth of 35’, remains in service today.
