RGM initially contracted with the Oakland Unified School District in 2005 as part of the district’s (multi-consultant and in-house) Management Team. Among the projects that have been successfully completed include a large modernization of Oakland Technical High school ($18.9M), that originally opened in 1913 and is registered as a historical landmark. Other representative projects include the Chabot Elementary School Modernization and classroom addition ($12.M) and new buildings and modernizations at numerous other schools throughout the District, including, Havenscourt ($11.M), Elmhurst, Middle School ($4.5M) and Madison Elementary School ($6.4M).
