ROLE:Smallwares Supply

Sunset Foods is a neighborhood supermarket with five locations in Northbrook, Lake Forest, Libertyville, and Long Grove, Illinois. As they say on their website, they are “small enough to get to know our customers,” but they are also “large enough to offer the most outstanding selection at competitive prices.”

Boelter has been working with our friends at Sunset Foods for about 7-years. Our main focus is on their Grab-N-Go packaging and their catering capabilities. This included sourcing unique items like their hinged fibre flatbread pizza boxes, plastic jello molds, shrink bands, juice jugs, and rubber bands, as well as a smoothwall foil container measuring 6.5″ x 8″ with a clear PETE lid. This packaging allows each entree’s colors to jump out at you and beg to be purchased from their cold cases. We are also proud to supply them with catering essentials, including plastic hinged salad containers, catering bowls, deli containers, gloves, cups, napkins, cater trays, etc.
