Marlyn Development Corporation (MDC) was founded in 1983 following three successful years of custom home building as Marlyn Construction Company.  Since its inception, MDC has completed over 6,812 new housing units and 1,626 renovated units.

Our construction experience includes for-sale homes, townhomes and condominiums as well as new and renovated apartment complexes. These and projects currently under construction have provided MDC with over $400,000,000 of construction expertise, demonstrating our longevity in an often rapidly changing real estate environment.
